If you find after time your rings have become tight to wear and uncomfortable, or that the rings have become loose and are at risk of falling off, then we can alter your ring to the new size you require and that suits you better. *
All our rings are sized using laser sizing, ensuring no gram weight is lost and there are no visible joint marks within the band.
*Please note, full diamond set bands cannot be resized due to design. Most rings can be altered up to 3 sizes, however we recommend having your rings checked at the workshop first before we proceed with any alterations.
Make an EnquiryCleaning/polishing- Should you feel your jewellery isn’t as bright as when you first received them, we can send them to our workshop to be professionally polished and cleaned, returning them to their former glory.
We will also re-rhodium plate white gold jewellery, returning the metal to it’s bright white colour.
Make an EnquiryIf you have concerns about the safety of your diamonds or gemstones, we will happily take your jewellery in to check the setting is secure.
Should there be an issue, we will send your jewellery to our workshop for rectifying and check all aspects of your jewellery before we release it back to you. Think of it as a little MOT for your jewellery!
Make an EnquiryWant to make your jewellery more personal? We can engrave most pieces of jewellery with font style options to choose from.
Please note, unfortunately not every piece of jewellery can be engraved, so please contact us first to ensure engraving is possible.
Make an EnquiryShould the unexpected happen and your jewellery requires repair, we always advise returning your item to the website team or your relevant store.
