Sometimes you need to see the item in person to fully appreciate what you are buying before parting with your hard-earned money. This is why it has been imperative to us to ensure we have locations across the UK for our customers to visit.
Recently renovated in 2022, our flagship store is the heart of Diamond Heaven. With the store elegantly designs and all jewellery beautiful presented, we allow our customers to view all jewellery with ease and in a luxurious setting. Our Birmingham store also have access to some of the most skilled craftsmen in the U.K, ensuring nothing but the best for our customers. Birmingham also has fantastic transport links from all over the country, making it even easier to visit us.
Here in the capital, we have our beautiful second Diamond Heaven location. In this showroom you can book dedicated appointments to view your desired piece of jewellery. You will have an exclusive one-on-one consultation with a member of our sales team, offering expert advice and guidance each step of the way.

Manchester is home to Diamond Heaven’s third location, in the historic Royal Exchange Arcade. The area is not only steeped in rich history, but also boasts a vibrant, exciting culture filled with independent retailers and jewellers. Our Manchester team are on hand to show our unbeatable range of eternity rings, engagement rings, diamond rings and wedding rings.
Our fourth store in Glasgow is nestled within the famous Princes Square shopping centre, in the heart of Glasgow City centre. Since opening our doors in April 2018, we have been able to offer our unbeatable prices and our extensive diamond stock far and wide to our Scottish customers. Our Glasgow store is only a five-minute walk from Glasgow Central or Queen Street train stations, with ample parking nearby.

While we endeavour to have as much of our range in stock, it is not possible for us to carry every design in every store. To avoid disappointment, we asked you to ensure you give us the exact codes you would like to see via our appointment booking feature. We stock 1000’s of items at a time so even if we don’t have exactly what you’re looking for, there will be something very similar in stock for you to view. An added benefit is that our new lines are always tested out in store prior to being listed online! If you’re not 100% on a particular engagement ring style or wedding band profile, don’t panic. Our expert sales team are on hand to help guide you to the perfect piece of jewellery.
If you would like a bit more knowledge before making your purchase, we offer a free diamond education lesson with all our appointments. Our staff have the most up-to-date knowledge in diamonds, and with our help we won’t only turn you into a diamond expert, but we’ll help you understand exactly what it is you’re buying.

- Video Consultation- Here you can have a face-to-face consultation from the comfort of your own home. Our sales team will be able to show you designs and diamonds whilst on video, ensuring all queries are answered before making your purchase.
