When you’re purchasing a beautiful piece of diamond jewellery you need the packaging to match! Our presentation boxes are beautifully crafted while keep your jewellery secure

 

ELEGANT & DISCREET

At Diamond Heaven, we believe that every aspect of your jewellery purchase should ooze elegance, not just your diamond. Every piece of jewellery- whether it be a diamond engagement ring or an elegant tennis bracelet- will be delivered in one of our high-quality presentation boxes, embossed with our unique gold Diamond Heaven logo. This level of packaging ensures discretion during shipment, meaning no one will suspect your beautiful piece of jewellery is enclosed.

Every piece of jewellery will also be delivered with your Diamond Heaven documentation wallet. Each wallet will have enclosed:

  • Invoice for each individual piece of jewellery
  • Insurance valuation for each individual piece of jewellery
  • Diamond/Gemstone Certification
  • Discount cards for future purchases and for friends and family to use
  • Recommended Jewellery Insurer
 

SECURE PACKAGING

Your jewellery is shipped to you in a beautifully crafted presentation case. The outer foam keeps your ring secure and stops your ring box was from moving around too much while it’s in transit to you.

Each parcel is enclosed in a plain outer white box as to not indicated what is inside the parcel.

All your documentation is housed in the document box which you can then use at home to keep your certificates and valuation in a safe place.

 

OUR CLAMSHELL CASES

It’s not just our jewellery we have taken time to craft to perfection. Each piece of Diamond Heaven jewellery will arrive in our classic black ring box, embossed with our signature logo in brilliant gold. The sleek lacquered ring box means it is easy to hide in a pocket without being seen, perfect for your proposal. The deep black velvet inlay ensures your ring stays securely in the box, whilst your diamonds will sparkle even more against the velvet inlay.

We understand that not everyone is comfortable buying high value diamond jewellery online. Sometimes you need to see the item in person to fully appreciate what you are buying before parting with your hard-earned money. This is why it has been imperative to us to ensure we have locations across the UK for our customers to visit.

Recently renovated in 2022, our flagship store is the heart of Diamond Heaven. With the store elegantly designs and all jewellery beautiful presented, we allow our customers to view all jewellery with ease and in a luxurious setting. Our Birmingham store also have access to some of the most skilled craftsmen in the U.K, ensuring nothing but the best for our customers. Birmingham also has fantastic transport links from all over the country, making it even easier to visit us.

Here in the capital, we have our beautiful second Diamond Heaven location. In this showroom you can book dedicated appointments to view your desired piece of jewellery. You will have an exclusive one-on-one consultation with a member of our sales team, offering expert advice and guidance each step of the way.
